Acceptable, but with service issues
minimal toiletries poor shower
The spacious bedrooms did provide great views of the Harbour.
Unfortunately, the service was not what I expected. The toiletries provided were quite minimal. The shower quality was poor, and the air con seemed stuck on cold (i found this really annoying).

spacious room comfortable bed easy access efficient service
i really liked the spaciousness of my room and the comfortable bed. the location provided easy access to various attractions. i found the staff helpful and eager to assist with any requests. room service was prompt and efficient .
the pool area felt slightly crowded at times. 'though it didn't significantly detract from my experience.

the restaurant on level 36 offered amazing harbor views. breakfast had a great choice of options, including a hot dish selection. the front check-in staff member at altitude restaurant was good and attentive!

I found kathryn to be helpful and friendly. She assisted me with my luggage upon arrival. she escorted me into the hotel and helped with registration. the receptionist remembered me immediately.

comfortable bedding excellent location rude staff poor service
The location was excellent. It was a simple walk to the opera house etc. The bedding was also very comfortable (i slept like a baby!).
The staff in the lobby lounge Saturday were rude. They ignored my daughter and me. Table service existed for everyone else and i had to go up and order each time.
